At Best Pet Rx, we don’t believe that pet owners should have to pay for expedited shipping from the pharmacy they trust to care for their pets. That’s why our courier and shipping options are provided at no extra charge.
Our dedicated courier team provides door to door service – directly from our pharmacy to your home or place of business. Your package is subject to limited handling with contact free delivery.

Orders placed and confirmed by 3pm Monday through Friday are delivered from 7–11pm.
There are additional same day courier delivery windows in Manhattan.
Orders placed and confirmed by 12pm Monday through Friday can be delivered from 3-6pm.
Orders placed and confirmed by 2pm on Saturday can be delivered from 5-8pm.

Orders placed and confirmed by 4pm Monday through Friday are delivered the next-day (including Saturday) from 9am-8pm.
Our nationwide shipping partners provide next day delivery for customers outside the New York City area. Pet owners are sent a tracking email when the shipping label is created at our pharmacy. Just provide your best contact email during the checkout process and you can easily follow the delivery of your pets’ medications.
Orders placed and confirmed by 4pm Monday through Friday are delivered the next business day from 9am – 8pm.
Friday orders of refrigerated medications ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.
