26 Aug CALL CENTER UPGRADES TO CLOUD-BASED PHONE PLATFORM
When it comes to customer service, Best Pet Rx is considered the gold standard among compounding pharmacies. Whether you’re calling from a veterinary hospital or ordering medications for your pet, we work hard to provide an excellent experience from start to finish. As our pharmacy has grown, we’ve made changes that continue to support our clients. After an unexpected switchboard issue interrupted our phone service last year (and impacted hundreds of businesses in NYC), we knew it was time to transition our call center to a cloud-based phone platform.
In addition to providing reliable, uninterrupted phone service, this new platform offers many features to improve the call experience. We know your time is valuable, so we’ve taken steps to minimize hold times. As calls come in, they are immediately routed to the first available agent. If the pharmacy is busier than usual, you can hold your place in queue and choose to have a representative call you back. Internally, we have more tools for training purposes so we can ensure our high service standards are being met. These are especially useful for newly hired representatives and can help us identify opportunities for coaching.
