Every compounded medication is customized to meet the unique needs and preferences of your pet. When we receive a prescription from your veterinarian, we get in touch with you right away so we can start making your pet’s medication. Our friendly pharmacy team calls you within an hour to confirm shipping and payment information, as well as to discuss hypoallergenic flavoring options. We are experts at satisfying even the pickiest of pets!


Delivery is always fast and free, no matter where you live in the country. Most medications are ready either for same-day courier service (where available) or next business day shipping.  A customer service representative will discuss delivery options, including courier windows and next day tracking, when confirming your order. Need to contact the pharmacy? We take your pet’s health personally, so it’s never hard to reach a real human. Our new state-of-the-art phone system will connect you with a representative right away. Email is also available (refills@bestpetrx.com) and is monitored at all times during business hours. When it’s time to refill your pet’s medication, you have the additional options of submitting a request through our online form, or by using the Best Pet Rx app.
