How We Work With You

Your veterinarian will send a prescription for your pet to our pharmacy.

Our customer service team will contact you to:

• Verify prescription details

• Help you select the right flavor for your pet’s medication

• Get payment information

• Arrange FREE, next business day delivery to the location of your choice

(In the NYC area, your prescription may be available for same day delivery via courier or for pick up at our pharmacy: 207 East 94th St. 4th Floor NY, NY 10128.)

Our pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM – 7:00PM and Saturday from 9:00AM – 5:00PM.

Orders placed up to 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday ship for next business day delivery with a few exceptions. Saturday orders ship Monday for Tuesday delivery with a few exceptions.

If you provide an email address when you speak with our customer service representative; Fed-Ex will email you with tracking information as soon as they pick up and scan your package at our facility.

You can expect a phone call within two hours of when your vet sends a prescription during pharmacy hours. We will contact you the next morning (Sunday excluded) when a prescription is placed after hours.
